Concierge Options: • Same-Day Concierge Drop-Off: A trusted team member will hand-deliver your order to your chosen meeting point or delivery address within NYC. Deliveries typically occur within 2–6 hours after confirmation. • Fee: $25–$50, depending on distance and location. • Concierge Pick-Up: Clients may arrange a same-day pick-up at a convenient location coordinated through Instagram DM (@hervintagestitches) once the order is ready. Important Details: • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation for all pick-ups. • For drop-offs, please ensure you arrive at the scheduled time and location to receive your order. Missed appointments may require rescheduling with an additional service fee. • Once your order has been handed off during a verified delivery or pick-up, Her Vintage Stitched is no longer responsible for loss or damage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once purchase has been made. All sales are final.
