Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Her Vintage Stitches is no longer responsible for the package.
At that point, any delivery issues including delays, loss, or theft must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
We always do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier, but please note that we do not have control over delivery times or handling once the package leaves our facility.

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unable to modify the shipping address or reroute the package. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
