Shipping Policy Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Once an order has been shipped, Destined Design Agency / your store name is not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, or customs issues. We currently ship to the following countries: • Canada • United Kingdom • France • Germany • Netherlands • Australia • UAE Standard International 7–14 business days $35 Express International 3–5 business days $65 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Her Vintage Stitches is no longer responsible for the package. At that point, any delivery issues including delays, loss, or theft must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. We always do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier, but please note that we do not have control over delivery times or handling once the package leaves our facility.
