We understand that convenience matters, so we offer personalized drop-offs at secure public meeting locations, including local banks, Starbucks, and other well-lit establishments for your comfort and safety.
Eligibility:
• Available Monday–Saturdays
• Orders must be placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM EST for same-day fulfillment.
• Service is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Concierge Options:
• Same-Day Concierge Drop-Off: A trusted team member will hand-deliver your order to your chosen meeting point or delivery address within NYC. Deliveries typically occur within 2–6 hours after confirmation.
• Fee: $25–$50, depending on distance and location.
• Concierge Pick-Up: Clients may arrange a same-day pick-up at a convenient location coordinated through Instagram DM (@hervintagestitches) once the order is ready.
Important Details:
• Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation for all pick-ups.
• For drop-offs, please ensure you arrive at the scheduled time and location to receive your order. Missed appointments may require rescheduling with an additional service fee.
• Once your order has been handed off during a verified delivery or pick-up, Her Vintage Stitched is no longer responsible for loss or damage.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Free on first orders with email subscriptions USPS/UPS ground
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days $20 USPS Priority Mail Express / UPS 2nd Day
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order before 12PM EST) $35

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Her Vintage Stitches is no longer responsible for the package.
At that point, any delivery issues including delays, loss, or theft must be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
We always do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier, but please note that we do not have control over delivery times or handling once the package leaves our facility.
Order Address Errors:
If you entered the wrong address or need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via Instagram Direct Message at @hervintagestitches
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unable to modify the shipping address or reroute the package. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
